ESG Research Analyst

Post Level: Entry Duration of Initial Contract: One Year, renewable
Role: An ESG research analyst plays a key role in gathering ESG data and providing comprehensive environmental, social, and governance assessments for companies across various sectors. Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting ESG Research: Perform in-depth analysis and research on companies’ ESG performance, policies, and initiatives using various data sources, reports, and frameworks.
- Data Collection and Validation: Collect and validate ESG data from publicly disclosed reliable sources, including company disclosures, sustainability reports, and industry databases.
- Report Preparation: Prepare concise and insightful ESG reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for clients, stakeholders, and internal purposes.
- Staying Updated with Industry and Regulatory Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, ESG frameworks, and evolving regulatory requirements to ensure that our methodologies align with best practices and emerging standards.
- Contributing to Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing our ESG methodologies, tools, and research processes, driving innovation, and maintaining our Data Quality.
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with ESG Reporting Frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, social studies.
- Minimum 0- 2 years of experience.
- Demonstrated strength in data analysis.
- Ability to work with large data sets.
- Passion for following sustainability trends globally.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A team player, and excellent management under pressure.
