Location: Cairo, Egypt      Type of Contract: Individual Contract      Post Level: Junior           Duration of Initial Contract: One Year, renewable

Roles & Responsibility:

Strategic HR Partnership
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives to support growth and transformation.
• Drive the talent agenda in alignment with organizational priorities.

Performance Management
• Design, implement, and manage the end-to-end performance management cycle.
• Coach managers on setting KPIs, delivering feedback, and performance calibration.
• Monitor performance trends and recommend interventions as needed.

Succession Planning & Talent Development
• Develop and execute succession planning strategies to build internal talent pipelines.
• Facilitate talent reviews and identification of high-potential employees.
• Collaborate with L&D to create development plans aligned with future leadership needs.

HR Dashboards & Metrics
• Build and maintain HR dashboards to provide insights into workforce analytics (e.g., turnover, engagement, diversity).
• Leverage data to drive evidence-based decision-making.
• Present regular HR reports to senior management with trends and recommendations.

Employee Engagement & Culture
• Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out engagement surveys and action planning.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent across functions.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and alignment with company values and DEI goals.
• Analyze hiring metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on performance management, succession planning, and HR analytics.
• Proven experience in partnering with senior leaders to influence people strategy.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
