ob Description:We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in human resources roles, demonstrating proficiency in various HR functions. The HR Specialist will be responsible for providing support in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, HR compliance, and other related areas.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
  3. Training and Development:
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant training programs.
    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, and track employee participation and progress.
  4. HR Compliance:
    • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure HR compliance.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Performance Management:
    • Support the performance management process by tracking employee performance evaluations and providing guidance to managers and employees.
  6. HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, with 2 to 3 years of experience.
  • HR certification will be an asset.
  • Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
