Location: Cairo, Egypt      Type of Contract: Individual Contract      Duration of Initial Contract: One Year, renewable

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on quality assurance processes and requirements.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including clients and partners, to address quality-related issues and concerns.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of quality assurance initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations on quality assurance activities and findings for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to quality assurance and incorporate relevant insights into our practices.

Job Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Business Administration, Environmental Management).
• Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably in the consulting or sustainability sector.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, standards, and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is desirable.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic is a plus).
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting sustainability principles.
