Senior HR Specialist

Job Description:
As a Senior HR Specialist at DCarbon Global, you will be critical in supporting our HR operations by managing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
You will work closely with the HR leadership team to ensure that our HR processes align with the company’s strategic objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Lead the recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and fostering open communication.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Work with managers to identify high-potential employees and create strategies for talent development.
- HR Policy & Compliance:
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
- Communicate and enforce HR policies to employees and management.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support the implementation of leadership development initiatives.
- HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment efficiency.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve job satisfaction and retention.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement events and activities.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
