As the ESG Director at Dcarbon, Passant oversees the sustainability team with a proven track record & experience in transforming corporate sustainability strategies. She plays a crucial role in adapting the company’s processes and methodologies to ensure alignment with the rapidly evolving ESG landscape and global regulations. She is responsible for ensuring the highest quality in all clients’ reports and deliverables to maintain the clients’ satisfaction. With expertise in key sustainability topics, she is knowledgeable in areas such as delivering impactful sustainability strategies and reports that align with international standards, including GRI, SASB, IR, and PRB.

Having worked with international sustainability frameworks, she is well-versed in the latest methodologies for measuring and assessing sustainability performance. This includes a deep understanding of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Passant has extensive experience in the oil & gas sector in transforming corporate sustainability strategies, holding a B.Sc. Al Alsun – Ain Shams University. Moreover, an MBA in Global Management from ESLSCA Business School combines a strong academic foundation with practical expertise in sustainability. Additionally, she is a certified professional trainer from ESLSCA University, bringing a wealth of knowledge and leadership to teams, driving awareness and implementation of best ESG practices.
