Amira Ragab 
Environmental & Lifecycle Researcher 

Amira holds a bachelor’s degree in material and engineering sciences from the GUC. She joined SUSTAIN a project based in the GUC funded by the DAAD as a Technical Project Coordinator, she was responsible for conducting LCA case studies for several industries, she oversaw bachelor and master studies on the topic of LCA: along with providing workshops for GUC staff. She has published three papers on the topic of LCA; one at the EnviroInfo conference held in Hamburg; the other was published in Elsevier and presented at the international smart cities conference held in Egypt. The last one was published in the MDPI journal. She is interested in combining her background knowledge in material engineering along with her interest in LCA environmental assessment to promote environmentally conscious material and product development.
