Eglal is the ESG Director focus on leading Dcarbon’ sustainability team and clients’ engagements locally and regionally. She is responsible for updating the whole process and methodologies to follow the fast pace of ESG market and regulations all over the world. In addition, she ensures the quality of all products and reports provided to our clients. She has exceptional knowledge in several sustainable aspects: EU Sustainable Finance Taxonomy, Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), UN Global Compact., SDGs, ESG Framework, and Carbon Footprint Reporting.

Through extensive experience in her career, she has proven expertise in buildings multiple models to fill ESG disclosure gaps and establishing global standards for a large set of financial and non-financial data.

Eglal has a great experience in Islamic finance, quality management techniques, building new products, and providing training. Eglal holds a B.Sc. in commerce from Ain Shams University, French section in Egypt, and D.U.M (Diplôme Universitaire de Management), Poitiers Université in France.
