Mohamed Sherif successfully graduated from the British University in Egypt in September 2021, earning a Bachelor of Economics degree certified by London South Bank University. In addition to earning a master’s degree in economics from Birkbeck University in London in 2023. Throughout his academic journey, Mohamed gained invaluable experience through various internships in different sectors. Initially, he served as a research analyst at the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), where he specialised in monitoring the financial reporting of new investments and data manipulation within current and future merged companies.

Following his tenure at GAFI, Mohamed embarked on an internship at the Ministry of International Cooperation, assuming the role of a data analyst. During this period, he actively participated in the monthly forecast processes between Egypt and other countries, utilising his analytical skills to contribute valuable insights.

Furthermore, Mohamed undertook an internship at Ossol Capital Company, where he worked as an assistant trader for equity in the Egyptian stock market. In this capacity, he made significant contributions to the predictions and recommendations formulated by the research and development section. This experience not only provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the stock market but also honed his expertise in trading and investment strategies.

Throughout his academic and professional journey, Mohamed has developed a broad knowledge base in various economic fields, including environmental economics, financial economics, economic development, and econometrics. His unwavering passion for sustainable development has played a pivotal role in shaping his career aspirations. With a strong work ethic and unwavering determination, Mohamed is poised to make a meaningful impact in the field of sustainable development.
