Mosab is currently a Senior IT Specialist with hands-on experience in managing, maintaining, and resolving technical issues in both hardware and software. Adept in troubleshooting, fixing network problems, and providing technical support to the team. Capable of quickly adapting to new technologies. He is currently preparing for CCNA and CompTIA A certifications.
Mosab graduated from the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU) in Malaysia, holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics Engineering with Honours. He is certified as a Graduate Engineer by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and officially certified to participate in the engineering profession by the Saudi and Egyptian Council of Engineering.
His previous experience was in Areen Business Medical Company Ltd. – Saudi Arabia, as a Project Engineer I was an active member in our Installation and Aftersales Services Team for the following products:
