Mosab is currently a Senior IT Specialist with hands-on experience in managing, maintaining, and resolving technical issues across both hardware and software systems. He is adept at troubleshooting, resolving network problems, and providing reliable technical support to teams. He is also highly capable of quickly adapting to new technologies and is currently preparing for CCNA and CompTIA A+ certifications.

Mosab graduated from the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU) in Malaysia, where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics Engineering with Honours. He is certified as a Graduate Engineer by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and is officially licensed to practice engineering by both the Saudi and Egyptian Councils of Engineering.

Previously, Mosab worked at Areen Business Medical Company Ltd. in Saudi Arabia as a Project Engineer. In this role, he was an active member of the Installation and After-Sales Services Team, working on the following products:
