Hosted by the government of theย Kingdomย ofย Saudi Arabiaย in the city of Riyadh, MENA Climate Week 2023 will take place from 8-12 October 2023.
DCarbon Globalย is proud to be represented by Dr.ย Ehab Shalaby, PhD, Chairman and CEO to address decarbonization roadmap opportunities, challenges, and innovative solutions across numerous sectors including energy, construction and real estate, financial, and infrastructures, among others.
The first global Stocktake, which will conclude at COP 28 in UAE in December this year, offers a unique opportunity to call for decisive and inclusive change and for urgently responding to the need for accelerating progress across all areas of the Paris Agreement.
MENACW2023, and all the Regional Climate Weeks, provide a platform for policymakers, practitioners, businesses, and civil society to exchange on climate solutions, barriers to overcome, and opportunities realized in different regions.
This year MENA Climate Week has 4 major thematic tracks,
Track 1: Energy Systems and Industry,
Track 2: Cities, Urban and Rural Settlements, Infrastructure, and Transport, Track 3: Land, Ocean, Food, and Water,
Track 4: Societies, Health, Livelihoods, and Economies.
