The Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA) of South Africa, in partnership with the University of Cape Town‘s Graduate School of Business, is accompanying a group of 13 executives to Cairo, Egypt, for an in-market immersion as part of the International Executive Development Programme (ILDP).

This immersion aims to expose South African retail leaders to best practices in retail and leadership that can be replicated to enhance the wholesale and retail sectors in South Africa.

Representing DCarbon, Dr. Ahmed Yahia – Co-Founder, Research and Innovation Director, Mr. hesham Eissa– Board Member, Climate Change Director, and Eng. Ahmed Alaa Hassan – Environmental Manager will be highlighting the following:

– Carbon emissions in the energy sector.
– Carbon capture and storage (CCUS): advantages and challenges.
– Sustainable fuel, the growing demand for hydrogen, the distinction between hydrogen and green hydrogen, and the Egyptian experience.
